STEP 2

Post or fax the original application form to:

Please do not attach payment

STEP 3

Applications will be reviewed at the monthly ASF National Committee Meetings

STEP 4

You will be contacted by a representative from the ASF membership team who will advise if your application has been successful and forward you an invoice for the membership fee.
